MY HIERARCHY OF TRAINING

This six-layer framework is the foundation of my coaching and workshop content:  

Psychology (Base): The mind drives the body. We start by developing mental resilience, focus, and discipline to create lasting habits and unlock potential.  

Nutrition: Fueling the body with the right nutrition is essential for health, performance, and recovery. Nutrition isn’t just about food; it’s about mindset and relationship with nourishment.  

Mobility: Without proper mobility, strength and endurance are limited. We focus on improving movement patterns, flexibility, and injury prevention.  

Aerobic & Anaerobic Capacity: Building cardiovascular endurance and energy systems ensures long-term performance. This is where we develop stamina and the ability to handle both sustained efforts and high-intensity bursts.  

Gymnastics: Gymnastics develops body control, agility, and coordination. It’s about mastering movements like pulling, pushing, and balancing to build functional strength.  

Strength/Weightlifting (Top): The peak of the hierarchy is strength training, which includes weightlifting and resistance exercises to build power, muscle, and resilience.
